On behalf of the Wells International School Board and Leadership Team, we would like to congratulate all members of the Wells Community for being a part of this very auspicious moment in our school’s history. We especially would like to thank all the parents who took the time out of their busy schedules to offer their perspectives of the progress that we have been making to the WASC Visiting Teams.
As WASC co-chairs, Ms. Janet Knoeppel and Ms. Cheryl Avalos, had pointed out, it is absolutely remarkable, and most certainly commendable how far our young school has come over the past 3-years of our initial accreditation process. All of the WASC representatives were particularly enchanted by our wonderful students, whose enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, and overall positive attitude make everything we had put into the WASC process well worth the effort.
And to the teachers, office staff, and school support personnel, THANK YOU for going above and beyond what would normally be expected of you, helping to ensure our students receive the highest quality education that they deserve, in a safe and nurturing environment.
Toward the end of this coming June or beginning of July, WASC will be contacting us to formally notify us of the terms of accreditation that they will grant our two campuses. I am overwhelmingly confident that we all will be quite pleased with their decisions. However, until then, we all should breathe a big sigh of relief, pat ourselves in the back, and continue doing what have been doing all along -- striving to make Wells International School the BEST it can possibly be.
Science Fair

Dear Parents,
This Friday, May 1st, we will be hosting our annual Science Fair. Our middle school and high school students will have a variety of projects on display, including 3D and poster representations. Displays will be open for viewing at 3:30 p.m. through 5:00 p.m. We really encourage parents to attend this event to appreciate the efforts our students put into their projects.
